Returns & Refunds

Because our items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect sizing, color preference, or change of mind.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. Once the issue is verified, we will gladly offer a replacement or a refund at no additional cost.

Please note:

  • Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

  • Photo documentation is required for all damaged, defective, or incorrect items

  • Normal wear and tear is not considered a defect
